Official transport and event logistics
Transport for state visits, official guests, international conferences, concerts, festivals and sports teams. Since 2006, under the name West Travel until 2014.
Sedan, event classMinibus, 16 seats What we do
Comfort. Discretion. Reliability.
State visits and official guests
Motorcades of sedans and minibuses, coordinated with the protocol service and security. Airport to hotel to meetings, by the minute.
Conferences and forums
Hundreds of guests moved between airport, hotels and venues over several days. We planned the transport for the 2013 presidential election observers, about 600 people.
Concerts and festivals
Artists, their bands and crews, from the airport to sound check to the stage. Sting, Aerosmith, Scorpions, Maroon 5 and Christina Aguilera travelled with us.
Sports teams
Team buses and escort cars for national teams and tournaments.
Corporate groups
Company trips, trainings and incentive groups, with one coordinator on our side.

Send the programme
Dates, number of people, arrivals and departures, venues. A rough plan is enough to start.
We plan the fleet
Vehicles, drivers, routes and timing, with a named coordinator who stays reachable for the whole event.
The event runs
Drivers in place before every move, changes handled on the spot, one invoice at the end.
Every trip starts with a call.
For events and official visits, send the programme and the number of people.
