Tbilisi hosted the second meeting of the Eastern Partnership informal dialogue in February 2013. European Commissioner Štefan Füle, EEAS Deputy Secretary General Helga Schmid and Commission Vice-President Siim Kallas came for it, together with high-level delegations from all the countries in the initiative.
Transport for the delegation was provided by West Travel, the company known today as WT Service.
